How to handle the Ghana CTN?

In addition to finding relevant certification bodies and freight forwarders to apply for CTN certificates, companies can also apply for CTN certificates themselves.

Processing process:

Step 1
The consignor/carrier needs to upload the following documents on the official website https://www.ctnghana.com/: commercial invoices, scans of export declarations (may also meet the requirements of customs declaration pre-recorded), packing list, 24-36 Within one hour, you will get a CTN number that is not valid.

Step 2
After the bill of lading is issued, it needs to be uploaded on the official website https://www.ctnghana.com/: the scanned copy of the original bill of lading (here, the format can also be used), the freight invoice, the bill of lading number and the date of the bill of lading, the CTN number will take effect. And approve the CTN certificate. There is no additional charge for applying for a CTN number yourself.
