1、開發(fā)信標題要包括客戶求購的產(chǎn)品名稱,不要太多多余的單詞,這樣可以保證客戶有興趣打開你郵件。
2、開頭語簡潔明快,要知道對商人來說過多的寒喧沒必要。
3、開頭語不要過多的介紹自己的公司,因為這會給人一種推銷的感覺,而且有幾個客戶會有耐心來看這些的?

6、第一次聯(lián)系客戶時,最好不要主動附上圖片,以免被國外反垃圾郵件攔截。
7、與客戶第一次聯(lián)系最好用國外郵箱,比如yahoo、hotmail、gmail等。因為其實很多中國的郵件服務器被國外打入黑名單,你發(fā)的郵件可能最終進不了客戶的郵箱,或客戶回你的郵件你也收不到。
8、如果你不能報出一個有竟爭力的價格,就別聯(lián)系客戶了,不要浪費你和外商寶貴的工作時間。外貿(mào)公司首先要在產(chǎn)品的價格上有一定優(yōu)勢。
